What does refurbished equipment mean?
These are machines whose main units have been inspected, worn parts replaced and settings re-calibrated. They run like new but cost less. We never sell dead machines — we show the condition of every unit honestly: photos, video and inspection results.
Can I inspect a machine before buying?
Yes. We send photos and video of the machine running, plus unit-level specs if needed. On request we arrange an inspection at our warehouse in China.
Do you repair equipment, and is there a warranty?
Repair and refurbishment is one of our core lines; we work with Italian, German and Chinese brands. Equipment bought from us carries a 1-year warranty; the terms are fixed in the contract.
What about spare parts after purchase?
We supply spare parts for machines of all brands, so a breakdown does not leave you stranded. Send the machine model and a photo of the worn part — we will source an OEM or equivalent replacement.
What are the shipping and customs terms?
Shipment on FOB terms (port of China): packing, delivery to port and loading are on our side. We handle official customs formalities and prepare the export documents. International freight and insurance are discussed per shipment.
Do you work with dealers and partners?
Yes. We look for partners and dealers in Russia, the CIS and other regions. We operate as a service provider and supplier, not as a factory; terms are discussed individually.
